With superbly constructed aluminized sides and stainless steel fronts, Black Diamond's 36 wide gas range and griddle combination (model bdgr-3624g/ng) provides a durable and versatile cooking tool for your commercial kitchen. The 12-diameter heavy-duty grates are cast iron and allow your chef to easily move heavy cooking pots from one burner to the next, while Black Diamond's unique anti-clog pilot shield makes sure that all top burners perform to the highest standards. These units feature a.75 griddle plate with manual control and 24 inches of cooking area. With this deep area of operation and a front ledge of 5 inches this range will provide plenty of room to perfect your culinary masterpiece. Standard size ovens boast cooking power of 30,000 B.T.U.s as well as a unique double-wall system to ensure the regulated spread of flame and even, regular heat distribution. The bottom of the oven's interior is porcelain and the unit stands on 6-inch stainless steel legs; the backrise stands 24.75 high.
