Surprisingly thin, light, and sharp this cleaver boasts a certain agility around the kitchen and is often used for julienning. Useful for filleting, boning, garlic mashing and the like.
Care: After use clean & dry the knife, and store safely. We recommend having this knife professionally sharpened every 6 months for best results.
