This listing is for a customized digital download. This 8.5" x 14" personalized eye chart will make for a beautiful gift! Perfect for a bridal shower, thank you, congratulatory, or any other gift. Modeled after the famous Snellen Eye Chart, this print looks just like the eye chart at your optometrist's office, down to the last detail! CUSTOMIZATION When placing your order, please provide all necessary information in the "Notes to Seller" section 1) You may choose any phrase or group of words ranging from 50-55 characters. If you choose an amount of characters less than 55, I will insert symbols (glasses, eyes, hearts, etc) so that the amount of letters correspond to the number line. If you decide not to choose between 50 and 55 characters, the amount of letters will not correspond to the number on the right side, and that is okay too. 2) Colors Colors will be exactly as the samples unless otherwise noted. RECEIVING ITEM A watermarked proof will be sent via conversations within 2 business days of receiving payment and all required information is received. Once the proof is approved, I will send a watermark-free PDF file within 1 business day to your email (unless another e-mail is provided). PRINTING Once you've downloaded the file, you can 1) Print the file at home with 8.5x14 LEGAL SIZED paper or card stock. 2) Print at a photo center or print shop like Kinkos, Office Max, etc. 3) Order prints from an online print site like smartpess.com or shutterfly.com.
