Its powerful, fan-cooled 2 hp motor can dice, slice, shred, grate, julienne, mix, chop, puree, and blend with ease, making it great for use in a commercial kitchen or healthcare facility. The 4 qt. / 3.7 liter stainless steel bowl with clear lid and stainless steel smooth edge "S" blade easily processes an array of items, while the included 2 mm (5/64") grating disc, 4 mm (5/32") slicing disc, and 10 mm (3/8") dicing kit offer an array of options for use with the vegetable prep attachment. Additional results may be achieved with the use of one of the 21 total processing discs, 3 dicing kits, or 2 french fry kits available (sold separately). All attachments may be easily removed for cleaning, and both the motor base and vegetable prep attachment are designed to be resistant to wear from chemical agents for longevity.
