1. Use soapy water and rinse with water. Allow to dry.
2. Heat the surface at 350℉ for 30 minutes and let it cool.
3. Spread cooking oil evenly across the surface and heat until it's slightly smokey.
4. Turn off the griddle and allow it to cool enough to wipe away the excess oil.
