It's crazy to believe how fast time is flying. Our teenager recently turned 15. OMG. I have alot of emotions that have been going through my mind. Excitement for her as she's growing up. I feel sad because she is no longer my little girl, but becoming a beautiful young lady. It makes me feel a bit anxious, because I still have so much to teach her before she leaves for college.Let me move on before I start crying. Last Friday, she had a few friends over for a super cool fun night (I will share more about this later). She wanted an easy dessert that her and her friends could enjoy.I asked her, how about Cookies and Ice cream? But instead of cookies and ice cream what if we make Cookie sandwiches.
