Carefully curated by our Head Chef, Roberta d’Elia, each kit comes complete with all the tools and ingredients needed to make 5 of Chef Roberta’s favourite pasta shapes, plus a copy of the Pasta Evangelists cookbook. Our Intermediate Pasta Making Kit contains: The Pasta Evangelists cookbook Large round ravioli stamp Square ravioli stamp Gnocchi board Fluted pasta cutter Tapered rolling pin Italian 00 pasta flour (1kg) x2 Italian sea salt Recipe cards The equipment Flick through your beautifully photographed cookbook, pick a recipe, then choose your tools from the selection of beechwood pasta tools, including a tapered Italian rolling pin – the traditional tool for rolling perfectly thin pasta sheets. For filled pasta fans, there’s a pair of ravioli stamps, as well as a fluted pasta cutter for adding wavy edges to ravioli. Last but not least is the gnocchi board, which makes shaping uniformly-ridged dumplings an absolute doddle. Included with all of this are easy-to-follow instructions for five iconic shapes: ravioli, gnocchi, malloreddus, trofie and orecchiette, all written by our Head Pasta Chef, Roberta D’Elia. The ingredients As our Head Chef Roberta likes to remind us, making authentic pasta starts with the right ingredients. With that in mind, we’ve included a 1kg bag of 00 pasta flour – which is used in kitchens across Italy to make fresh egg pastas like ravioli and tagliatelle. Each kit also comes with a 1kg bag of Italian semola flour, which is the flour of choice for thicker, rugged pasta shapes like orecchiette and trofie. Once you’re ready to cook your pasta, use the included Italian sea salt to season your cooking water to perfection. Delivery Each Intermediate pasta making kit will arrive in a Pasta Evangelists branded box, with a unbranded cardboard box inside with bronze Pasta Evangelists sealing. Deliveries arrive in 3-5 days, and we charge £2.99 per order. Allergens 00 pasta flour ingredients: 100% WHEAT flour. Semola ingredients: 100% durum WHEAT. Our pasta making kits are packed on a site that handles all 14 allergens prescribed in legislation.
