The foam top layer offers comfort and support for those in need of pressure redistribution. This mattress overlay comes with a nylon, waterproof top cover and a skid-resistant, vinyl bottom cover. Four elastic bands secure the corners of the overlay to the mattress. The Standard Gel Foam Overlay measures 34" x 76" x 3" and supports up to 300 lbs.Premium Gel Foam Overlay - Compared to the Standard gel overlay, the Premium version is 16% thicker to provide users maximum comfort and pressure redistribution. The mattress overlay comes with a nylon, waterproof top cover and a skid-resistant, vinyl bottom cover. Four elastic bands secure the corners of the overlay to the mattress. The Premium Gel Foam Overlay measures 44 x 76 x 3.5 and supports up to 300 lbs.
