This Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup is Easy to use! To measure dry ingredients, on the dry ingredients side, simply slide the sleeve to the desired location aligning the measurement line with the seal. Fill your ingredients to the brim of the sleeve, scrape away excess ingredients, and pour. Dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, or corn meal can be measured in cup increments.

To measure liquid ingredients on the Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup, go to the liquid ingredients side, slide the sleeve to the desired location, aligning the measurement line with the seal. Pour liquid to fill line indicated at the top of the sleeve. Liquid ingredients can be measured in cup increments, ounces or milliliters.

To measure solid ingredients on the Pro 2 Cup Adjust-a-Cup, go to the dry ingredients side for measuring solid ingredients such as shortening, butter, peanut butter, etc. Align the desired measurement line with the seal.
