• This high performance deba knife is made in Japan by the blade smiths of Seki City. They have been making some of the world's finest cutlery for more than 700 years. The blade is hand-hammered, shaped, tempered and cooled. After the blacksmith has completed his/her work, a dedicated edge crafter puts on each edge by hand using a combination of wheels and stones. The result is precision cutting and incredible sharpness.
• Measurements: 12 Long and 2 1/8H approximately. Blade part is 6.25 long. Single bevel (stainless steel 420J2) 160mm. The knife weighs about 6 ounces. The knife is designed for right hand users.
• The blade is made of high quality stainless steel and the handle of natural wood.
